If you're considering making a vehicle purchase, now is the ideal time to snag an excellent year-end deal for your family or business!
With the year ending, shoppers can expect to save a truckload on vehicle purchases. There's a reason you've probably been hearing so many great deals and offers these days! Dealers are trying their hardest to move their inventory before the year ends and meet last-quarter sales goals. This means sellers are ready to offer tons of holiday discounts, better financing, and incentives to ensure vehicles move off the lot quickly ahead of the new year.
Kelley Blue Book is reporting many 2020 year-end deals still going strong, including deep discounts on manufacturer’s suggested sale prices, 0% financing, employee pricing, no payments for 90 days, and more incentives to entice shoppers into making a purchase – even into January.
Businesses looking to expand their fleet can also take advantage of tax savings, as vehicle purchases can be considered tax write-offs in the current year. This makes adding new cars or trucks to the company fleet in the winter months particularly tempting.
In addition to financial savings, shopping at the end of the year means you also have a wider variety of car and truck models to choose from. Next year's models have already hit the sales floor, and dealers are eager to move last year's inventory. Plus, with the holiday season being so busy, there's often less competition from other buyers, which means car sellers are looking to make a deal.

Molasses Spice Crisps
Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup vegetable shortening
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for rolling)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup molasses
This cookie comes from Martha Stewart's recipe book, but tweaking the baking temp and time makes these cookies perfect.
Crisp and flavorful with a slightly chewy center and a cheerfully crackled top, these cookies are crowd-pleasers and great to keep on hand or give as gifts. One recipe makes a ton of cookies, but they will be gone before you know it! Recipe From Martha Stewart
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Whisk together flour, baking soda, spices, and salt. Cream together shortening and one cup of sugar until fluffy, about two minutes. Add in egg and molasses and mix until well combined. Finally, add the dry mixture and stir well.
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and coat with the reserved sugar. Bake on a parchment-lined cookie sheet for about 10 minutes total, rotating halfway through.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
